Surveys can be used to collect responses from users. Answers will be sent to a specified channel. You can also have a role mentions on response. These can also be useful for support ticket systems.
There are different styles that can be used for different uses.
A short and simple mode for short answers.
Used so that staff members can take responses and keep track of tickets that are dealt with or being dealt with.
A forum channel must be selected as the response destination in order to work. A new thread will be created for each response. If the response destination is public, you can choose to add the creator to the thread on creation. A "Close" button will be added in the thread to easily close and lock the thread.
